Preloaded JUNO models can be easily tapped into to revive classic Roland voices. In contrast to vintage JUNO synths which could only use a single DCO, the JUNO-X holds the capabilities to layer multiple JUNO models to build up on richer and fuller tones.

Over 900 PCM-based presets from the XV-5080 module from acoustic instruments, vintage synths, and drums open up the field for an expansive soundscaping experience. A microphone connection taps players into the Vocoder Model with any JUNO-X sound to get funky and expressive. Model Expansions from the Roland Cloud can transform JUNO-X into a further library of Roland instruments both old and new.
